Kenny serves in an advisory role at Elite Companies, a business he founded after a career that began with various construction jobs and a decade as a lumber salesman for Complete Lumber in Evansville, IN. He is the father of Steve, Phil, and Matt, and a proud grandfather to their ten children.

He is active in the political sphere, where he advocates for affordable home building for all Hoosiers. Alongside his association work, he served as President of the Haubstadt Little League, officiated high school athletics, and contributed to economic development as a former board member of the Gibson County Economic Development Corporation.

Kenny lives in Haubstadt, IN.

Phil earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Master of Science in Business Management from Oakland City University, where he played collegiate baseball for four years and met his wife, Leigha.

His professional career began with TJX Companies, where he held a management position at one of their distribution facilities. Since leaving TJX in 2017 he has served as President of Elite Companies, overseeing business operations, cultivating banking relationships, and spearheading new business development.

He sits on the board of trustees at Oakland City University, has served as Treasurer for the First General Baptist Church in Princeton, IN, and coaches youth baseball in Haubstadt, where he lives with Leigha and their six children.

Matt has dedicated his entire career to Elite Companies, beginning as a general laborer during his teenage years. He completed the Building Construction Technology program at the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center, advanced from trim carpenter to construction superintendent, and now serves as Vice President overseeing all single-family home construction projects.

He is active in the Southern Indiana Builders Association and served as its President in 2018. He was head men's golf coach at Gibson Southern High School in Ft. Branch, IN for over a decade, and he previously coached at Reitz Memorial High School in Evansville.

Matt lives in Elberfeld, IN with his wife, Rachael, and their daughter.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University. He launched his career in 2006 with Signature Construction, advancing from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent, and by 2012 he had moved to JC Hart Companies, rising to Project Manager.

In 2022 he joined Elite Construction Services as a Project Manager, where he oversees all aspects of multifamily and single-family subdivision projects.

Steve lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife, Cara, and their three boys.
